Your membership information will be emailed to the email address. Normally our system creates the account after successful payment. There are some cases that your payment is not successfully done and then we have to review and process download information manually. Our components, modules and plugins are developed to work on self-hosted Joomla sites, which can be downloaded from joomla.org. All extensions are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of Joomla, but we cannot guarantee that older extensions will run with future versions of CMS. Paid extensions updates are available to our club members while their club subscription is still active. But you can still use installed extensions even when your membership will ends.

 

Yes, you are allowed to modify any of our products according to your requirements. However, please note that before you modify, check documentation page and ask us on the forum if there is an easier and better way to achieve what you want to do.

You cannot also redistribute or release any of our products under a General Public License (GPL). All extension XML copyright data must remain as is when purchased, you agree not to edit this information in any way.

 

You cannot place any of our commercial products (templates and components), modified or unmodified, on CD, website or any other medium. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company. Especially on ThemeForest, Template Monster, CodeCanyon or similar services. You shall not purchase search engine or other pay per click keywords (such as Google AdWords), or domain names that use Piensocial.com or Piensocial.com trademarks and/or variations and misspellings.

 

Piensocial.com Members are responsible for all content posted on forum and activity that occurs under your account.

 

We reserve the possibility of blocking your membership account immediately if we will know about such a not permitted behavior.

 

If you create an account on the Piensocial.com website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify Piensocial.com of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

 

Once you have downloaded our product, you may contact us for support via forum and we will do our best to resolve your issue. We will try provide a solution via the forum for smaller bug fixes, after which we will update the core package. Template and extension support is offered to verified customers by forum only. Support requests made by email, tweet, facebook comment or any other method in most cases will be redirected back to the forum.

 

If your support requires additional modification of the extension, the module or plugin then you have two options:

Or hire an expert (We do not provide any customisation service).

Instant downloads are available after signing up. However, all of our customers purchases can be pending for manual anti-fraud check up to review of payment system. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Anti-fraud check occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase. Customer account can be suspended for manual anti-fraud check for 24 hours also it can be suspended for a long-term for more investigations.

We are not licensed to provide stock images and certain true-type fonts (TTF) that might be used on any or all of the provided extensions. These require you own or purchase from their respective owners.

 

All members have access to the forums. Piensocial.com does not commit to monitor the forums, but we reserve the rights to respond and answer the questions.
